Refunds will not be given for any 'Flight Only' bookings made through this website (www.thomsonfly.com), or through the Thomsonfly Call Centre. If you booked through a tour operator or travel agent, please contact them directly to enquire about their cancellation policy.

If your holiday is booked through Thomson Holidays, please contact the Thomson Holidays Call Centre on 0870 165 0079. Refunds are not permitted if you fail to appear at the check-in desk with all necessary travelling documents, before your desk closes. In this circumstance you lose your right to travel, without refund. Your confirmation e-mail and ticket or travel itinerary will contain details of our latest check-in times. We strongly recommend allowing plenty of time for your journey to your departure airport.
