In-flight services will vary depending on the length and route of your journey. On many routes to and from the UK, we are able to offer a full in-flight service, which includes a great selection of TV, movies and audio for you to enjoy, as well as offering a range of tasty snacks and refreshing beverages for sale on board (subject to availability). We also offer quality in-flight meals for customers who choose to purchase them on selected routes. Please contact us to pre-book your meal.


Pillows and blankets
Pillows and blankets are provided on many of our longer flights, subject to availability. However, on short haul flights this service is not available.


Gifts, holiday essentials and souvenirs
We offer a range of excellent value gifts, essentials for your holiday, souvenirs of your trip with us, and luxury items to purchase on board the aircraft, click here for details. We accept cash and credit card payments in £ and EUR on board our aircraft. Credit card purchases will incur a 2% surcharge.


No smoking
In the interests of all passengers and the crew, all our flights are non-smoking flights.


Electronic devices on board
Portable electronic devices such as laptops, CD players, gameboys, MP3 players and walkmans may be used in-flight, but not during take-off or landing. The use of mobile phones, radios or any electronic transmitting device may not be used at any time that the aircraft is in motion.
